Welcome to Rotary

Rotary Orangeville Highlands is a small and active group of community members from Orangeville, Mono, north Caledon and the surrounding area. We like to say that we have fun doing good. Our club meets the first three Wednesday mornings of each month from 8:00-9:00am.

We are known for our Rotary Community Choice Grants, which are unique in that we ask residents to nominate and vote for their favourite local non-profits. We also support Rotary International’s End Polio Now program and many local charities. Read more about that here. (Link to Community section)

We invest in cutting-edge research to create tangible solutions for environmental challenges, integrating sustainable practices across our operations. Our holistic approach aims for long-term benefits for the planet and its inhabitants. True innovation stems from understanding ecological principles and technological advancement.

Club member Susanne Zbinden is new District Governor

We couldn’t be prouder that one of our own club leaders, Susanne Zbinden, is Governor of District 7080 this year. Respected for her sunny and can-do style of leadership, Susanne has been busy visiting district clubs and attending summer events, but never too busy to be active in our club. Congratulations Susanne!

Dufferin Film Festival rolls out red carpet

The second annual Dufferin Film Festival was a vibrant and artistic showcase of curated films this summer. Club member Adrian Bita was a VIP for the weekend. Our Club supported the film fest with a donation to purchase a commercial popcorn machine. We’re already looking forward to next year.
