• If this is your first visit, DO NOT ENTER A USERNAME or PASSWORD. Just click on the link that says “Join Us” (If you see a notation that says “Invalid Username”, just ignore it.)
  • You will be taken to new page with some rules. Give them a read and press the “Proceed with Registration” link.
  • This will take you to another page where you will enter your credentials. Make sure that both the Username and Email fields are valid. You can’t enter a username or email address that is already in the system. Complete the remainder of the form and press “Register”.
  • You will end up back at the login screen, but there should be a message there now that tells you that you need to activate your account. You should almost immediately receive an email with a verification link. If you don’t receive the email right away, check your junk mail folder. In our experience, most people that don’t receive the link have entered their email account incorrectly. In that case you’ll have to start again. You can try to click the resend button.
  • After you click the verification link you should be redirected back to the login page. Enter your username and password. If your credentials are accepted, follow the link to vote. If not, try again. You should have received a second email which confirms your credentials so check that and make sure you’ve entered everything correctly.
  • If you still can’t get in then send an email to grants@rcoh.ca and someone will try to assist you as soon as they can. Remember we’re all volunteers so you may not get an immediate response.
