• If this is your first visit, DO NOT ENTER A USERNAME or PASSWORD. Just click on the link that says “Join Us” (If you see a notation that says “Invalid Username”, just ignore it.)
  • You will be taken to new page with some rules. Give them a read and press the “Proceed with Registration” link.
  • This will take you to another page where you will enter your credentials. Make sure that both the Username and Email fields are valid. You can’t enter a username or email address that is already in the system. Complete the remainder of the form and press “Register”.
  • Be patient, the registration process takes a few second. Don’t press the register button more than once.
  • If your registration was successful, you should be logged and automatically and taken directly to the voting page.
  • If you still can’t get in then send an email to grants@rcoh.ca and someone will try to assist you as soon as they can. Remember we’re all volunteers with day jobs, so you may not get an immediate response.
