Do you know of a hard-working local non-profit that could use $2,000?
“Show your heart” by nominating a local non-profit to receive one of five Rotary Community Choice Grants. Thanks to our generous donors, we are doubling the grant amount this year from $1000 to $2000.
We want you to tell us what charities or other non-profit organizations should receive one of five $2,000 grants. This program, now in it’s third year is especially designed to help smaller or less known organizations get funding that would make a significant difference to their operations.
Beginning on Valentine’s Day, February 14, you can nominate local groups that are closest to your heart. Perhaps you or someone you know has benefited from their services. Or maybe you volunteer or work there. All you have to do is send an email to grants@rcoh.ca with the charity name and location, and your recommendation will be on our list.
Alternatively, you can post a comment or send a message to our page on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram to register your nonprofit for consideration.
All nominated organizations will be invited to submit an application for funding.

On St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, we will announce what organizations have been shortlisted. You will then get a chance to VOTE on this website for which ones will receive grants. Follow us on social media or sign up for our mailing list to receive updates and alerts!
Nominations are open from February 14-28. Tune back in on March 17 when the voting starts.
