ELECTIONS: We do not have a candidate for our President-Elect position. Those nominated would not stand for the position. Today, Michele nominated Cory who will consider and let us know.

- Michele – sponsorship letter and package prep, signage and sponsorship/menus for the table.
There was a good discussion about TOA. It was decided that our theme will be FOOD: Food Bank, Food For Kids. For this, we will want to approach grocery stores, farmers, restaurants – everything food!
Secondary beneficiary will be Shelter Box Canada as suggested by Michele; Service Committee Chair. There have been many International issues this year. ShelterBox contributes and we will support it.
Michele will prepare sponsorship letter and package write up (like last year) Adrian to arrange Heather to speak from the Food Bank. ** potentially February 5th.
